Crock Pot Country Style Pork Ribs
- 3-4 lbs country-style pork ribs, boneless
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 12 oz can coke
- 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- In a large crock pot, add onions, pork shoulder strips, garlic salt, pepper, coke and BBQ sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-7 hours.
