How To Make Garlic Lime Steak Bites
- First, cut steak into 1 inch size pieces and place in a gallon size baggie.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, except vegetable oil and pour into baggie. Seal and shake to coat and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in cast iron pan over medium high heat.
- Next, using a slotted spoon, remove steak bites from baggie and place in a single layer into pan and cook the steak for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Once these bite size pieces have browned, add juice from baggie into pan, stir, heat and then remove steak from the pan and enjoy.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- â…“ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp butter, melted and cooled a bit
- ½ tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- ½ tsp onion powder

- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
