Expert Tips
- Cool the crust completely. Adding the cream cheese layer to a warm crust can cause the filling to melt and become runny.
- Fresh peaches provide the best flavor and texture. If using frozen peaches, thaw and drain them first.
- 4 hours is the minimum chilling time for this dessert. Chilling overnight is even better!
- Run hot water over a sharp knife before slicing for clean cuts.

For the best texture and clean slices, refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours. Overnight chilling is even better and helps the layers firm up completely.
