  • Smoked Sausage or Kielbasa: The star of the dish. It adds a smoky, savory flavor and makes the meal hearty and satisfying.
  • Baby Potatoes: They soak up all the seasonings and roast until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Fresh Green Beans: Add freshness, color, and a little crunch to balance out the richer ingredients.
  • Onion & Garlic: These build a ton of savory flavor as they roast and caramelize in the oven.
  • Seasonings: A blend of Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes adds bold flavor and a little heat, tying the whole sheet pan together.
  • Parmesan Cheese: Adds a salty, cheesy finish that makes the roasted vegetables and sausage even better.

Variations

  • Skip the Parmesan: Omit the Parmesan if you prefer to make plain sheet pan sausage green beans and potatoes.
  • Use Meatballs: Swap the sausage for meatballs for sheet pan meatballs potatoes and green beans.
  • Swap the Beans: Use corn for sheet pan sausage and potatoes with corn. You can also use broccoli or asparagus in place of the beans.
  • Even More Protein Options: Try using chicken, cubed beef or pork, or even shrimp for different variations.
  • Mild: Leave out the red pepper flakes.
  • Add More Veggies: Mushrooms or zucchini are great additions to this recipe.
