This looks like an outrageous cookie! One question though, what kind of baking chocolate did you use? Sweetened, or baking chocolate that isn’t sweetened. My instincts say bittersweet chocolate or semi-sweet. I hope this isn’t a stupid question! I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t made it yet. It looks like a 5 star though ;)
Thanks, Allison
Hi Allison, thank you so much! I actually used Nestle’s dark chocolate baking bar in this recipe along with the semi sweet chocolate chips and Hershey’s cocoa powder. Your instincts were exactly right! :) I hope you enjoy these cookies.
Just wondering where is the chocolate in the chocolate chocolate chip cookies, all I see that is chocolate are the stir ins? Am I missing something?
Hi Joy, it’s been corrected. Thank you so much. :)
