This Blueberry Cobbler Frozen Dessert is so easy to make and has all the flavors of a blueberry cobbler and cheesecake combined. Light and fluffy, this dessert recipe feels like a no-bake cheesecake while the flavors scream blueberry cobbler.

My family loves this dish because it is simple and delicious. We enjoy sitting around the pool having dessert together as we talk about our day and enjoy the summer weather. This is the perfect summer dessert.

What Makes This a Blueberry Cobbler Cheesecake Dessert

This dessert is made with cream cheese which brings in the best flavors of a cheesecake. It is then mixed together with blueberries and whipped topping. The whipped topping gives this dessert an airy texture and lightens up the cream cheese. Then it is mixed and topped with graham crackers crumbs to give it that crumble topping taste that a typical blueberry cobbler has.

Storing This Frozen Dessert

This is a frozen dessert, so you want to make sure you keep it in the freezer when you are not serving it. Wrap the baking dish tightly in with plastic wrap. Then place it in the freezer.

This easy frozen dessert will last for about a month in the freezer. When you are ready to serve, let it thaw enough to scoop. Then place the leftovers back in the freezer. You can also store this in individual containers to make serving easier.

Can it Be Made Ahead

You will want to make this at least 5 hours before you are ready to serve. You can make the dessert several days before you are ready to serve it because you can store it in the freezer for up to a month. While the dessert isn’t going to go bad in that time, it will start to get freezer burn after too long.

Can it Be Made with Other Fruits

If you love blueberry cobbler but want to try something else, you can certainly make it with other fruits. You can swap out just about any fruit you like to make this frozen cheesecake dessert. I love to swap out the blueberries and use strawberries as a variation on this frozen blueberry cobbler dessert.

You can also use fruits like pineapple, cherries and even mangos. If you can find the fruit, either fresh or frozen, you can make this incredible no bake, frozen cheesecake.

Does it Taste Like Ice Cream

The texture of this dessert is very much like chunky ice cream. The whipped topping and whipped heavy cream have an ice cream-like texture. The blueberries are whipped until smooth and when it is all mixed together it creates a blueberry cheesecake flavored ice cream.

Think of this as a decadent flavored blueberry ice cream. One that you can make at home without the hefty price tag.

Frozen blueberry cobbler dessert is a decadent treat that tastes like blueberry fluff or blueberry cheesecake ice cream. This no-bake, frozen cheesecake has all the flavors of blueberries and graham crackers in one dish. If you want to try something new for your family or friends this holiday season, give this recipe a shot. You won’t regret it!
