Add 3 cups of blueberries to Vitamix, blender, or food processor and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and blended blueberries. Mix until combined.
Next, add the whipped cream, beat until combined then fold in chopped blueberries.
In a large Ziploc bag, crush graham crackers.
In a small bowl, mix together crushed graham crackers, butter, and sugar.
Add clumps of graham crackers into the mixture and fold in gently.
Pour mixture into a metal 9 x 5 inch baking pan and cover with plastic wrap.
Place in the freezer for 4+ hours or until filling has set.
