Ingredients
For the Apple Filling
- 2-3 Granny Smith apples peeled, sliced ¼″ thick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Pillsbury® pie crust
For the Topping
- ⅔ cup all purpose flour
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° and place pie crust onto a baking sheet. Poke the bottom of the pie shell 4 or 5 times with a fork.
For the Apple Filling
