Easy Crock Pot Roast Recipe
All you need to do is spray the cooker with a non stick spray and add the vegetables to the bottom. In a small separate bowl whisk the seasonings together and then rub all over the roast. Place the roast on top of the veggies and then add the onion soup packet, mushroom soup, beef broth and Rotel. That’s it! Cover and cook until fall off the fork tender then add the corn in the last hour of cooking. Super easy peasy and a family favorite recipe.

- 3 lb boneless tip roast
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 potatoes peeled and quartered
- 3 stalks celery
- 8 carrots peeled, cut into 1" pieces
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 Lipton® onion soup packet
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 10 oz can Rotel®
- 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn drained
In a 6-8 quart slow cooker, add onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots and celery.
In a small bowl, add seasonings and then rub onto roast.
Place roast on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle onion soup packet on top of roast.
Next add mushroom soup, beef broth and Rotel®
Cook on high 8 hours or low 12 hours.
Add corn in the last hour of cooking.
