- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place a large piece of aluminum foil on baking sheet.
- Cut loaf diagonally in both directions making sure not to cut all the way through.
- In a small frying pan, over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced diagonally, in both directions but do not cut all the way through
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
