Lemon Frosted Lemonade Recipe

This lemon frosted lemonade is a delicious, frosty and refreshing summer drink that tastes amazingly good. Made with only 3 ingredients, this is definitely a must-have drink during the hot summer months. So simple, so delicious, so refreshing.

Lemon Frosted Lemonade

Chick-il-A has a delicious frosted lemonade that is to die for. And this lemon frosted lemonade is my take on their recipe. We love this lemon frosted drink, especially on a hot summer day and cannot get enough of it. Who doesn’t love a delicious thirst quenching lemonade and then to add vanilla ice cream to it? Oh my heavens, so yummy. I’ve also made this frosted lemonade with blueberries which is super delicious too and I’ll post that recipe at a later time.

How To Make Frosted Lemonade

This frosted lemonade can be made with homemade lemonade or with store brought lemonade. Either one works and for the quick convenience, I used pre-made lemonade for this recipe.

Add 1 cup of lemonade to a blender or Vitamix along with 2 cups of packed vanilla ice cream. Add the fresh lemon juice and blend until combined. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Super easy and totally delicious.

Do you use premade chilled lemonade from a carton? I do not usually buy lemonade and I want to get the best product. Thanks for the recipe.

      Hi Bonnie,
I did use premade chilled lemonade for this recipe. I actually love the lemonade concentrate in a can that you add water to which can be found in the freezer section. Also, lemonade from either a carton or bottle will work as well.

Thank you. The only time that I have enjoyed lemonade is with chocolate chip cookies. Your recipe looked too good to pass up! I will try it!
