Jicama is great and used in so many different recipes or just sliced up and added to a veggie tray along with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and many other favorite vegetables with a tasty ranch dip. There is a bite to it but it’s not too spicy at all. The hatch sauce is a bit on the spicy side. If you are not able to buy hatch green chile sauce in your local grocery store, salsa verde green chile sauce works well too. There’s just something about the deliciousness in the hatch sauce.
