I made the monkey bread and it was superb! I have a few changes which I made to the recipe: I rolled the 6 dough pieces into balls (the recipe didn’t mention to do this). Also, I don’t know why, but, adding the melted butter to the whole bowl of balls made them very gooey and slippery, so next time I would just dip each ball into the butter and then roll each in the cinnamon sugar. I also ran out of cinnamon sugar according to your ingredient list, so I increased the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup sugar and 2 TBL cinnamon.
