Chicken Stroganoff Casserole
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion diced
- 16 ounce baby bella mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- 32 ounce chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 ounce package wide egg noodles
- In a large pot, boil water and cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse, set aside.
