- 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Creamy Sauce
- 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup H.E.B That Green Sauce, medium
- 6 ounce crispy fried onions
- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded, divided
- 8 ounce fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-2 inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Green Beans
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium high heat.
- Add trimmed green beans to the pot and parboil for 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
