How To Make Cheesy Breakfast Potato Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 3 quart baking dish with non stick spray right before filling.
- Using a large bowl, add all ingredients to bowl, except crackers, and stir until combined.
- Spoon into prepared dish and top with crushed crackers.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are hot and bubbly and crackers are browned.
