Can You Make This Tater Tot Casserole More Spicy or Less Spicy Than The Recipe Below?
Absolutely. We love spicy food and that is one thing that you can do is just change things up a bit to suit your family’s tastes. For instance, with this recipe, jalapenos can be added in place of the green chiles. And, if someone wants to add a little more spice, that can easily be done in their own individual bowl. That way the person can just doctor up their bowl after it’s cooked instead of making the whole dish extra spicy. If you have someone in the family that doesn’t like spicy food, just omit those ingredients that are a bit hot. You can always swap out the spicy ingredients for something less spicy or just skip over them altogether.
What Kind Of Toppings Can You Add To This Mexican Casserole?
Sometimes, toppings are the best part. If you’re a topping lover like I am, you just might add toppings to anything that you can. And since this casserole already tastes like a great Mexican dish, why not add on some more cheese, sour cream, chives and even cilantro to the top. Sounds pretty tasty, right?
