Ok, back to this tasty appetizer that will surely please your taste buds.

We usually make these in a pan on the stove but I had purchased a barbecue grill and griddle set last summer that worked perfectly. Actually, today was the first time I used them. I definitely can say we will be using the heck out of them this summer.

My guy was putting these bites between Hawaiian rolls and totally made a meal out of them. So good, especially right off the grill when they’re still sizzling a bit. YUM!

How to Store and Re-heat Leftovers

If you end up with any leftovers, all you need to do is wrap them up in aluminum foil and place them in the fridge. When you are ready to re-heat them, unwrap the foil and place them in a pan, cook over low heat, or use the microwave, or put them right on the grill in the aluminum foil.
