BBQ Smoked Sausage Bites
These BBQ smoked sausage bites are super simple and tastes great especially sampling a bite or two as they cook on the grill. Just being outside as these delicious bites were grilling, with perfect SoCal weather, no wind, and the smell of these delicious bites permeating from the grill made my day off even better.
Speaking of a day off, I work so much during the week, now I have a day off during the week every week, which makes life better. It gives me more time to work on easy, delicious, mouthwatering recipes for the blog like these BBQ smoked sausage bites. So thankful to my boss Brenda for giving me an extra day off knowing one of my passions is my food blog and the need to spend more time working on it. She’s awesome!
Grilled Sausage Recipe
Ok, back to this tasty appetizer that will surely please your taste buds.
We usually make these in a pan on the stove but I had purchased a barbecue grill and griddle set last summer that worked perfectly. Actually, today was the first time I used them. I definitely can say we will be using the heck out of them this summer.

What a great appetizer to serve for any holiday. With Memorial Day right around the corner, how about adding these delicious BBQ smoked sausage bites to the menu? Easy, fast and bite size makes these a must for any party, get together, game day event, or just to snack on. Definitely a crowd pleaser!
My guy was putting these bites between Hawaiian rolls and totally made a meal out of them. So good, especially right off the grill when they’re still sizzling a bit. YUM!
If you are wanting a super duper easy appetizer or snack, then these BBQ smoked sausage bites are it. Couldn’t be any easier with only two ingredients, which make these super simple, super delicious!
Try these BBQ smoked sausage bites today

- 2 14 oz packages Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
- 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's® barbecue sauce

Cut eat sausage link into bite size pieces.

Put into a bowl and pour barbecue sauce over the top of the sausage bites.

Stir until well coated.

Cover with lid and refrigerate until ready for the barbecue.

Turn BBQ flame to low.

Spray a flat grilling pan, that is safe to use on the grill, with non stick spray.

Place smoked sausage bites into pan and grill until done, turning frequently.
