Tri Tip Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Turn a standard grilled cheese into a gourmet sandwich with this tri tip grilled cheese. Two delicious flavors in one sandwich. This sandwich is loaded with cheese. Actually, any cheese works well but with this tri tip grilled cheese. I used a spicy cheese which is one of our favorites.

 Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Grilled cheese sandwiches are always a favorite in our house but changing it up a bit from a regular grilled cheese into one of these delicious sandwiches is such a hit. Whenever I make grilled cheese sandwiches and add extra ingredients, like the tri tip in this recipe or like my chicken cordon bleu grilled cheese, I always use the thick slices of bread.

Texas Toast Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Texas toast is what I use. The thickness of the bread works well for these sandwiches that have extra ingredients in them. And, if you are a bread lover, you’ll definitely love using the thickest of breads.

Tri Tip Grilled Cheese

Are you a lover of grilled cheese? Do you make them with added goodies? Oh man, these are certainly tasty with the addition of tri tip roast sliced thin and layered between two slices of melted cheese.
