Ingredients
- 3 pound beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large potatoes peeled, cut into chunks
- 4 carrots peeled, sliced into 1 inch chunks
- 3 stalks celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 22.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 packets Lipton® beefy onion dry soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy
- 1 cup beef broth
