- Whisk together flour and baking powder in a medium bowl, set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until creamy then add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
- Pour buttermilk, vanilla, orange extract and orange zest into sugar mixture and beat until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined and then add food coloring. Stir.
- Pour cake batter into prepared Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Carefully remove from oven and let sit for about 5-6 minutes then turn over on wire rack to cool completely.

- Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla together.
- Add 1½ cups of powdered sugar at a time, mix well, then add the remaining 1½ cups. Mix well and then frost cake once completely cooled.
