Easy Artichoke Dip

Don’t you just love having a variety of appetizers to serve at your New Year’s Eve party or at any get together that you have? Here’s a quick and easy artichoke dip that tastes delicious and is ready in no time. Your guests will love this and it will be gone in no time too!

Easy Artichoke Dip

It’s super simple to put together. Just mix all the ingredients together and pop it in the oven. It’s fast, easy and delicious! Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, pretzels or even veggies sticks.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup jack cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 13.75 oz can artichoke hearts chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and place in an ungreased 1 1/2 qt casserole baking dish or an 8" ceramic quiche baking dish.
  3. Cook uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, wheat thins or crackers.
