Want a delicious alternative to the typical tuna or chicken salad? These chickpea salad sliders are super easy to make, tastes great and make a great snack or appetizer! My youngest daughter, Halie, has been craving chickpea salad, so we decided to whip some up for these healthy sliders!

Chickpea Salad Sliders

I just make this chickpea salad as if I was making a tuna or chicken salad, which we no longer eat. It is amazing to me how good chickpeas taste, and just how simple it is to make this healthy chickpea salad recipe, which can be made in a matter of minutes. I just drained and rinsed the chickpeas, added them to my food processor, pulsed until I got the desired consistency, then put them into a bowl with the other ingredients, mixed well and presto…. a delicious, healthy snack in no time!

Chickpea Salad Sliders

These little hand held chickpea sliders are great for the kids after school, for that picnic at the park, or for just about any occasion! Super healthy, super delicious, and super easy! Get yourself some healthy bread of your choice, and make these today!

Hi Debra, we bought this bread at Walmart. They are called sweet multi grain rolls. I hope you are able to find them and enjoy them as well. :)

I love chickpea salad. My husband hates mayo so I use an olive oil and mustard condiment to make mine. Love the idea of sliders!

Thanks so much Linda! I love mayo and am so glad we found this ‘Just Mayo’ to use in place of the other mayonnaise. :)
