Of course, they’re good with fresh pulled pork, but there’s something about day-old pulled pork that really seems to work exceptionally well. I think that extra day serves to make it even more tender, especially if you already made it with barbecue sauce. For this recipe, I usually use the leftovers from my pulled pork shoulder roast.
