A wood surface with all the ingredients placed on it to make Everything Bagel Bombs.
  • Yougrt & Sour Cream: These make the dough soft, rich, and tender without needing yeast. They also add a slight tang that gives “real bagel” flavor vibes.
  • Baking Powder: Since there’s no yeast, this is what helps the dough puff up and bake light instead of dense.
  • Canadian Bacon: Adds a salty, savory bite and gives the filling that breakfast-style flavor.
  • Cream Cheese: The best part in the middle. It melts into a creamy, rich filling that makes these feel extra indulgent.
  • Everything Bagels Seasoning: This gives the bites their classic, garlicky, salty, and savory bagel shop flavor.

Variations

  • Bacon Cheddar Bagel Bombs: Use crispy bacon and cheddar cheese in place of Canadian bacon and cream cheese.
  • Spicy: Add diced jalapenos or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Breakfast Bombs: Use scrambled eggs for the filling for a bite-sized breakfast.
  • Pizza Bagel Bombs: Use pepperoni and mozzarella for the filling.
  • Semi-Homemade: Use refrigerated biscuit dough for a tasty, semi-homemade version.

This came out so flavorful and juicy, with the bacon adding the perfect smoky bite. I loved the honey mustard glaze, especially with roasted potatoes and broccoli on the side.
