  • Dust hands with flour.
  • Divide dough into 16 equal parts and roll each one into a ball. (Redust hands after each ball)
  • Once all dough balls have been formed generously dust work surface with flour,

  • Place a piece of Canadian bacon to the center and top with a cube of cream cheese.
  • Fold the side over each other and roll back into a ball.
  • Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Repeat the process with remaining dough and filling.
  • Beat egg whites together and brush on top of each bagel bomb.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top of each bomb.
  • Bake in the oven for 23-25 minutes or until the bagel bombs have begun to brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before eating.
  • Makes 16 bagel bombs
  • ● dough is very sticky, use as much extra flour to keep from sticking to the work surface or hands.
  • ● Freeze cream cheese for 15-20 minutes before handling.

Notes

Tips
  • Flour your hands often since the dough is sticky.
  • Flour your work surface liberally. Again, the dough is sticky.
  • Don’t overfill, or the cheese may leak out.
  • Seal the seams tightly before baking.
