Ingredients
- 2⅔ cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1½ cups mini M&Ms
Instructions
