Instant Pot Chicken Sausage Alfredo Pasta
My Instant Pot chicken sausage Alfredo is a quick and easy meal that's ready in no time and loaded with tender chicken, smoky sausage in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.

Generously spray the inside of the pot with a non stick spray.
Add cut up chicken, sliced sausage and onions in pot with ½ stick of butter.
Press "Saute" and saute until chicken is not longer pink and sausage edges have browned a bit.
Stir in seasonings, salt and pepper.
Next, add cream cheese and 1 stick of butter.
Once melted, pour heavy cream, milk and chicken broth, stir.
Stir in cheese.
Add pasta, stir make sure to set the pressure value to "sealing," press "manual," "high pressure" and cook for 6 minutes.
Use quick release by carefully switching the value to "venting." Open lid once the float valve drops. Stir and serve.

- Your chicken should be cut into ½-inch chunks for even cooking and easy eating.
- Slice your sausage into ¼-inch-thick slices for even cooking and easy eating.
- Liberally spray the interior of your Instant Pot with nonstick spray to prevent burning.
- Stir the meat constantly to prevent burning.
- Be careful when quick-releasing the steam. Don't get close to the vent!
