Chickpea Salad Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 - 15 oz cans chickpeas drained, rinsed
  • 3/4 cup celery chopped
  • 3/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 3/4 - 1 cup dill relish
  • 1 cup Just Mayo
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas.
  2. Put in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is obtained, then add to large bowl.
  3. Add celery, onion, relish, mix well.
  4. Stir in mayo and mustard. Mix well.
  5. Add salt and pepper, adjust as needed.
