Ingredients

  • 28 ounce pork and beans
  • 27 ounce chili beans
  • 16 ounce pinto beans, drained
  • 16 ounce great northern beans, drained
  • 16 ounce butter beans, drained
  • 16 ounce kidney beans, drained
  • ½ pound bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup smoke flavored BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup molasses

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large roasting pan, brown onions and bacon.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 - 1 ½ hours, or until hot and bubbly.
