For the Whipped Maple Pecan Butter
In a shallow dish, add eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple extract. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Coat each piece of bread in the egg dredge, making sure to cover both sides and all edges.
Place coated bread into your hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the egg is cooked and the bread is golden brown.
Remove cooked pieces and spread maple pecan butter on top, drizzle with maple syrup and top with chopped pecans. Enjoy.
For the Whipped Maple Pecan Butter
In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients, except the pecans.
Using an electric mixer, beat on high until fully combined. Stir in pecans.
Allow to set for all the flavors to meld together.
Serve over french toast, pancakes, waffles or toast.
