These delicious Texas Toast Grilled Cheese sandwiches are absolutely incredible. These are made with a Parmesan garlic butter spread, are loaded with sharp cheddar cheese, and grilled to golden brown, gooey perfection. They are the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich!

  • In a medium bowl, beat butter until creamy.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Mix until combined
  • Spread a layer of butter mixture on one side of the bread.
  • Place each slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of the bread and top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  • Cook until golden, then flip over and cook the other side until golden.
