Grilled Cheese with Leftover Brisket on Garlic Toast
These delicious grilled cheese sandwiches are made with leftover chopped smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, and Texas garlic toast for the ultimate leftover grilled cheese brisket sandwich.
In a small saucepan, heat leftover barbecue brisket over medium heat (add a little bbq sauce if needed).
In a large frying pan over medium heat, place 4 pieces of garlic toast in the pan.
Grill on one side, flip over, add a slice of cheese, then chopped brisket, followed by another slice of cheese on two of the slices.
Then add the remaining garlic toast on top.
Cover with a lid and let the cheese melt a bit, flip over, cover and cook until golden on both sides.
Repeat with the remaining 4 slices of garlic toast.
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
