Kitchen Sink Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and sugar together until creamy.
  • Next, mix egg and vanilla into sugar mixture until combined.
  • Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
  • Add chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, Rolos and chopped pretzel pieces, stir.
  • Using a 1 ½ inch cookie scoop, roll cookie dough and place on prepared baking sheets (about 6 cookies per sheet).
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are crispy and center is still soft.
  • Remove from oven and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cook completely
