Oatmeal Craisin White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups uncooked oats
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 12 oz bag white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla , and corn syrup. Beat until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix together.
  5. Add flour mixture to large mixing bowl and mix well.
  6. Stir in oatmeal then add craisins and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
  9. Once removed from oven, place cookies on a wire rack to cool.
  10. This recipe makes about 4 dozen cookies.
