Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Rinse potatoes, cut in half and add to a large bowl.
Add olive oil, toss to coat and add seasonings. Stir.
Next, add sausage, corn, and onions to bowl. Stir and add to prepare baking sheet.
Randomly place butter over the top. Cover lightly with another piece of foil.
Bake for 40 minutes then remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
