  • In a large pot of water, add potatoes and bring water to a boil over medium high heat.
  • Cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain water and return to the pan.
  • Add butter, cream cheese, evaporated milk, garlic salt and pepper, and let sit until butter and cream cheese start to melt.
  • Mix with an electric mixer until desired consistency is obtained.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and mix until combined.
  • Serve with chicken, beef, pork or fish, and vegetables.
