- 12 ounce box tri-color rotini
- 5 ounce mini pepperonis
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 cups cucumber, diced
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2.25 ounce can sliced black olives
- 10 ounces Italian dressing, can use more
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium high heat and cook pasta per package directions for al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and add to a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
