Ingredients

  • 12 ounce box tri-color rotini
  • 5 ounce mini pepperonis
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2.25 ounce can sliced black olives
  • 10 ounces Italian dressing, can use more

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium high heat and cook pasta per package directions for al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and add to a large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
  • Cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
