Air Fryer Steak Bites
Air Fryer Steak Bites are an easy and delicious air fryer recipe that perfectly cooks seasoned steak bites in a matter of minutes.
Servings: 6 servings
- 3 New York Strip steaks, about 3 pounds, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Kinder’s Buttery Steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Cut steak into bite-size pieces and place in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil and seasonings, stir to coat.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 390° for 8 minutes.
While the steak is cooking, melt butter and add minced garlic and parsley flakes, stir.
Add steak to serving bowl and drizzle with garlic butter.
