Pulled Pork Tacos

These delicious, and hearty, pulled pork tacos are an easy leftover pulled pork recipe that is super flavorful and a great way to use up leftover barbecue pulled pork.

  • In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add pork, barbecue sauce and broth. Stir and cook until heated through.
  • Using a large frying pan over medium high heat, or over open flame (using tongs to flip), heat tortillas.
  • Add pulled pork to tortilla, followed by shredded cheese, crispy onion strings and coleslaw. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  • Serve with rice and beans, and enjoy.
