Ingredients

leftover pork shoulder,
shredded

barbecue sauce
⅓
cup
chicken broth

bag Dole® creamy coleslaw

French’s® crispy fried onions

sharp cheddar cheese,
shredded

flour tortillas,
6 inch (soft taco size)
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, add pork, barbecue sauce and broth. Stir and cook until heated through.
Using a large frying pan over medium high heat, or over open flame (using tongs to flip), heat tortillas.
Add pulled pork to tortilla, followed by shredded cheese, crispy onion strings and coleslaw. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
Serve with rice and beans, and enjoy.
