In a large pan or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the pan and sprinkle both sides with seasonings.
Cook until chicken is completely cooked through and there is no longer any pink. (About 8-9 minutes.)
Remove chicken from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl or platter, add in Romaine lettuce and top with chicken pieces, diced ham, crumbled bacon, egg slices, avocado, tomatoes, onion slices, croutons, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve.
