Easy Beef and Broccoli with Pasta

In a large stock pot or saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions and, in the last 5 minutes, add the broccoli florets to the pasta. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or cast iron skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add beef, onions, and seasonings to pan. Stir and cook until meat has browned and liquid has cooked down, approximate 20-30 minutes.
Pour beef broth and cream of mushroom into pan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add pasta and broccoli into meat mixture. Stir.
Add 1 cup of mozzarella, and add the parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Let melt then serve hot.
