  • Add 3 cups of peaches to Vitamix, blender, or food processor and blend until smooth
  • In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and blended peaches. Mix until combined
  • Next, add the whipped cream, beat until combined then fold in chopped peaches
  • In a large Ziploc bag, crush graham crackers
  • In a small bowl mix together crushed graham crackers, butter, and sugar
  • Add clumps of graham crackers into the mixture and fold in gently
  • Pour mixture into a metal 9x5 inch baking pan
  • Cover with plastic wrap
  • Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until filling has set
