Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1-2 cups carrots and peas, frozen
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama®
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 can biscuits

Instructions

  • Place chicken, onion, and garlic in crockpot.
  • Add cream of chicken soup, seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Pour chicken broth and heavy whipping cream over chicken, stir.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • Once cooked through, shred chicken, place back in crockpot and add frozen vegetables.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters and place on top.
  • Cover and cook on high for an additional hour or low for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot.
