Buffalo Chicken Pasta

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama™
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar, grated
  • 16 oz box penne pasta


  • In a large skillet or frying pan, over medium heat, melt butter, then add chicken and onion.
  • Cook until chicken is no longer pink and reaches 165°.
  • While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Sprinkle dry ranch seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and Slap Ya Mama™ over cooked chicken and onions, stir to combine.
  • Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  • Pour buffalo sauce, chicken broth and heavy cream over chicken mixture, stir, bring to a boil.
  • Add sharp cheddar cheese, stir until melted.
  • Remove from heat, serve hot.
  • Optional; garnish with green onions, extra shredded cheese, sour cream.
