Crispy Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice: Whole wheat keeps it vegan
  • Vine ripe tomatoes
  • Dill pickles sliced thin
  • Cucumbers sliced thin
  • Red onion sliced thin
  • Avocados sliced
  • Leafy green lettuce
  • Just Mayo with Chipotle it's vegan
  • Mustard
  • Seaweed bought from Costco
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Get a couple slices of bread.
  2. Put some vegan mayo with chipotle and mustard on bread.
  3. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle, onion, and avocado.
  4. Top with a couple pieces of seaweed.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe Notes

The possibilities for any additions to this sandwich are endless. For all the non-vegans, you can add regular mayo, and your choice of breads that are not vegan.
