Spicy Cheesy Potatoes

  • 3-4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Tbs minced onions
  • 1 Tbs garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2-3 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • Sour cream optional
  • Green onion optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Peel and cube potatoes and place in large baggie.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning, minced onions, garlic salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
  4. Seal baggie and shake until potatoes are well coated.
  5. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 55 - 60 minutes or until potatoes completely cooked and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes.
  8. Place in a serving dish
  9. Top with sour cream and green onions, or toppings of your choice.
  10. Enjoy!
