Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 2 13.75 oz cans cans of artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 Kraft┬« grated Parmesan
  • 3 cup pepper jack, grated, divided
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░ and spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

  2. Squeeze excess water from spinach.
  3. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of pepper jack cheese. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining pepper jack cheese.
  6. Cook for 32-35 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
