Spray Instant Pot with a non stick spray.
Press "Saute" and add ground beef, onions, garlic, and all spices and seasonings to Instant Pot.
Cook and crumble until ground beef is no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients to pot, except for cheese.
Close and lock lid, make sure "sealing" is chosen.
Press "Manual" and "High Pressure" and set cook time for 5 minutes.
Use quick release, open lid and add shredded cheese, stir.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional: top with sour cream, green onions, cilantro
