Spicy Southwest Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 9.9 oz jar Robert's Reserve® Southwest Dip, bought at H.E.B.
  • 3 Tbsp diced jalapeños
  • 1 lb Velveeta®, cubed
  • 16 oz box Rotini pasta
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar, grated
  • Optional: green onions, cilantro for topping

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
  • While pasta is cooking, using a large saucepan, bring heavy cream and southwest dip to a boil. 
  • As soon as it starts to boil, add Velveeta and jalapeños to milk mixture, stir until melted. 
  • Spoon pasta into cheese mixture, stir and spoon into serving bowls.
  • Top with grated cheese, green onions and cilantro. Enjoy!
